Note: Some products may not be available for shipping to certain countries. This will be automatically indicated during the checkout process. If a product is not eligible for your address, a symbolic shipping cost of $999 will appear, or a message will indicate that shipping is not available to your location.

Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
  • If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages and arrive on different dates to ensure faster delivery.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • You may cancel your order within the first 24 hours of placing it.
  • If your order does not arrive within the maximum delivery time of 30 business days, we offer a full refund, provided the following steps are completed:
    • Check with your local post office or nearby pickup points to ensure the package wasn’t delivered there.
    • Contact us with a detailed description of the issue to initiate the refund process.

Note: Refunds will not be issued if the tracking system shows that the package was delivered. It is important to provide a correct shipping address and check with your local post office before filing a claim.

We also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the delivery date if you are not satisfied with your product.

For any claims, please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date indicated in the tracking system.
